National Convening on Artistic Excellence at the FURY Factory!

FoolsFURY is excited to announce our third ensemble Convening. On Saturday June 18, important theater makers, thinkers, audience members, presenters and funders from around the country will convene to discuss the critical issue of The Changing Landscape of Devised Work and Ensembles.

Co-sponsored by Theatre Bay Area, this convening will provide a forum for engaged discussion about how we as a field talk about our work, how we communicate with our peers, and the importance of helping and inspiring one another to continue raising the bar.

The convening will include round tables discussions, break out groups, live blogging and web streaming as well as lunch, networking and performance! We will be bringing together key movers and shakers from the theater world including Alicia Tonsic, Executive Director of the Network of Ensemble Theaters, Nakissa Etemad, Regional VP, Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas and many others.

We’re thrilled that foolsFURY is able to once again offer this gathering to help propel the discussion forward. And your presence and participation are a huge part of what makes the convening significant. Whether you are a theater professional, student, funder, academic or just a lover of theater, please join us – whatever your relationship to the theater.
